We begin exploring the franchise models in more depth to provide a clear picture of investment opportunities, commitments and potential returns.
After completing Step 2, candidates who proceed to Step 3 will receive a copy of our fact sheet, "Decorate with Decor&You: The Top Ten Competitive Advantages for Franchisees in the Design Marketplace.” It’s a detailed analysis of ten compelling features of our business that give Decor&You franchisees an instant marketplace edge.
Step 3: Meet our Decor&You Family
This is a phase of franchise validation when you will learn that among our chief strengths is the fact that we give franchisees room to pursue a whole spectrum of results and rewards, based on their individual goals. During Step 3, we provide direct access to Decor&You Franchisees, so you gain first-hand, insightful testimonials about what makes them succeed. You will also begin to carefully evaluate financial information and begin creating a financial profile for your potential business.
Please note that Decor&You is protective of our franchisees’ time and privacy, so we ask all interested candidates to wait until reaching Step 3 before asking for franchisee interviews.
Step 4: Be our guest at Discovery Day
During Step 4, our discussion will grow more serious as we decide whether we can commit to making you a part of our franchise family. We will invite you to be our guest at Discovery Day, a day filled with information on a range of topics including marketing, training, technology, coaching and support. By the end of Discovery Day, we will both know if there is a good fit!
We will also provide our Decor&You Uniform Financial Offering Circular (UFOC) for your review. We will explore the financial profile you began developing during previous steps, and help you analyze your assumptions and projections.
Step 5: The Partnership Decision
This is the final step of Discovery where we evaluate together whether a Decor&You franchise is the right path for you. We both have all the information we need to decide whether it makes sense to proceed, pick a training date, and formalize our commitment to work together to build a successful business!
